- Bare Hands: (Congo Bill) in Singapore Bill reads of convicts escaped from a ship. the article claims even if they made it to an island they couldn't survive with just their pare hands but Bill insists a determined enough man could survive without tools on any island that supports plant and animal life. a bet is made for charity and Bill is left on an island to prove his point but it turns out the cons made it to the same island.
